About Us
MISSION STATEMENT
ProNet is a dynamic and energetic group of professionals with the purpose of joining together to be an effective professional referral network. ProNet is dedicated to helping each other grow professional and personal relationships while promoting the economic development of Johnson County and the surrounding area.
THE INTENTION OF THE JOHNSON COUNTY PRO-NET IS:
* To develop a working relationship with as many business people as possible.
* To educate each person about your business and have them in turn help you reach new contacts and prospects.
* To influence others around you in regards to your scope of business.
APPLICATION PROCESS
* Prospective members must attend 3 meetings before being considered for membership.
* If a potential industry overlap exists, the existing member has the right to VETO a potential member.
* Prospective members must have 3 one-on-one meetings with 3 different Board Members
and obtain signatures of their meetings on the application.
* Information from the one-on-one meetings is relayed to the President and the board to
discuss membership.
* Prospective member will be notified of acceptance into the network and official announcement
will be made at the following meeting.
MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
* Attendance is mandatory: Members must attend 3 meetings out of the month. Substitute: A substitute may attend
meeting in member’s place without any impact on attendance. Any member missing 3 network meetings in a month
will be given one warning and must attend the next 3 meetings without absence. If attendance requirement is not met
after warning, membership will be terminated. Consideration for absences will be given under special circumstances
and decided upon by the Board.
* Only 1 representative per profession allowed in network chapter and member may only represent one industry.
* Members must participate in actively growing the chapter by inviting guests to weekly meetings.
* Members agree to display a positive and supportive attitude toward members and prospective members of PRO-NET.
* Members agree to pass qualified referrals/leads to the members of PRO-NET.
* Members agree to maintain a high level of integrity, providing quality products and services to PRO-NET members and their personal and professional referrals.
* Members agree to pay the $20 annual fee upon admission to the group. This fee is not Pro-ratable, nor is it Refundable.

an annual membership fee and approximately 1 hour of time per week.

NOTE: We are affiliated with the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce. Members of the PRO-NET do NOT have to be a Cleburne member to join...BUT... if a member of the C of C in the same profession wants to join PRO-NET, you will be given the option of joining the Chamber of Commerce at that time or giving up your seat in the group. This is an agreement we made with the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce as a Thank You for help with starting the networking group and for all the advertising the chamber does for PRO-NET.
