• Prospective members must attend 3 meetings before being considered for membership.
• If a potential industry overlap exists, the existing member has the right to VETO a potential member.
• Prospective members must have 3 one-on-one meetings with 3 different Board Members
  and obtain signatures of their meetings on the application.
• Information from the one-on-one meetings is relayed to the President and the board to
  discuss membership.
• Prospective member will be notified of acceptance into the network and official announcement
  will be made at the following meeting.
